I've been nearly coughing my lungs out since morning but that seems to be the ONLY "bad" thing this friday... Phew...
With the past month's friday's troubles, I kinda had the feeling that it won't occur again..
Anywayz, like I said, I was coughing coz kena flu... Sux now coz of the block nose and taking those drowsy medicines... Well, for one thing, those kinds of medicine really affect your senses ALOT.. First, your hearing will go numb and the world suddenly feels kinda quiet... Then your eyesight will dim... Then u'll be KO-ed... Sianz.. That's why I NVR like getting flu...
Moving onto this friday, every thing seemed fine and even the weather cleared up abit.. Makes my cold bearable at best...
Slept in 'till 11 plus coz I felt that this will be like one of the last time in a LONG LONG LONG while where I'll get to sleep in until damn late...
Went to Alkaff and then went to school after that...
Basically, juz painted more medallions and saw the new principal... The dude look kinda okay but nessa said he was kinda chatty... Anywayz, juz hoping he'll be as good as Mrs.Kok
After that, went for lunch then went home... By that time, I was damn drowsy... Haiz...
Anywayz, it's kinda hard to be all high and enthu when ur fellas around you aren't... And the bad thing is that orientation itself is like in 5 days... Haiz...
Anywayz, to all potential voyagers (be they the ones wearing black, yellow or ____), SMILE!!! Whatever happens, juz know that together, we CAN & WILL make this orientation work!

What a tiring day I had today...
First, had noticeboard "meeting" arnd 10 but since the other 2 hadn't eaten yet, I pushed it back till 10.30.. Did some bio (one of the few hw I bother to do) whilst w8ting for the rest to come... Then Argo and the logi ppl showed up...
Finally, we began doing the noticeboard...

Anywayz, after all that, went out for lunch and a damn long "walk-walk" in Kovan with some of the other councillors.......
Kovan.. Of all places... We muz be either damn bored or damn stone... or worse, lame...

Walk around Kovan from like 1 till 3 plus... Took some pix coz saint pig wanna see...

Yes, it wasnt a typo of sort, but a BBQ...
U might think that we're outta of our minds to BBQ IN THE RAIN but this event was planned out by my ex-chairman like almost 3 weeks ago...
So, the rain was kinda an "unexpected factor back then...
There was 9 of us by the time.. YS, JH, Weili, John, Joel, Preet, Yonghui, Wensong & I....
We had take 181 to Jurong West and the ironic thing was that NONE of us know or rmb where Mrs.Low's hse was... LOL
Everything there was like kinda "foreign" to us...
Thankfully, we reached her placed quite early...
When we got there, Mo, CK, yixiang and several others more were already there and they more or less finished the snacks...
Meaning the 8 of us had to w8...
Out of boredom, preet and matthew decided to "eat" yonghui (who basically nearly kena "de-pants" there)... Here's a pix..

Anywayz, we ended up cooking the food at Mrs.Low's kitchen due to the monsoon rain... Kinda sad la coz normally cooked, the food tasted kinda bland compared to when u barbequed it...

Well, out of sheer boredom (w8ting for the food to cook), preet & I opened one packet of marshmellow... First, several of us like toss marshmellow at e person across and try to catch it with ur mouth... LoL... I haf to say, it was abit uncouth.. But what to say... We're juz a bunch of bored guys... Then, Preet challenged me to stuffing marshmellows in our mouths... Kinda dumb since by the time there was only 9 pieces left and Preet started first... Meaning he had 5 in his mouth by the time I had my fourth...

The food was kinda so-so, but nonetheless, had a great time with my ex-classmates... Felt like it was one of those days in the past again... Kinda nostalgic...

Anywayz, I'm kinda grateful for all the company I had today...
Coz, rite now, I dun feel rite...
Maybe melancholic perhaps???
Maybe it was that "natural" disaster 1,051,200 + minutes ago...
I dunnoe...
Somehow, to me, it doesn't feel right to be happy now...

It's been 4, that's FOUR, weeks since THAT day...
And things seems to get weirder and kinda worse on Fridays...
FRIDAYS only...
Ironically, Fridays was the only day of the week I'd look forward too...
Reason being that it was the last day of the week means that you can sleep in real late for the next 2 days... And also coz many, many, many other countless reasons...

But of late, these past 4 fridays (including e day I lost my leg...) has been somewhat rather sucky...

Anywayz, since it's past midnite and into saturday already, more or less, those problems are either gone, or I'm gonna deal with it...

What a "muse-less" day I had today...
But at least, some good things did come out of this dull, but relatively dry Wednesday... (compared to yesterday's heavy downpour)
Since YS's b-day is only like 2 days away, I decided to paint him a gift...
Coz it was kinda last minute, I had to rush painting this limited edition miniature from the Warhammer 40k range...
Basically spent the whole after noon from 1 - 4+++ finishing it...
Took the advice of a fellow friend to use a digi cam instead of my lousy phone cam..

The limited edition miniature I'm gonna paint and give to YS.. Still unpainted, with only the basecoat of black...

Painted the whole model, complete with highlights... Havent based the floor yet...

Finished variant. Model based and painted.

I was supposed to write something today but couldnt find my muse to write...
Ended up writing something, but everytime I look at it, it doesn't seem that nice to me... Or her for that matter...
Hopefully, my muse will come to me soon so that I can finish up my "writing"...

Other than that, I rushed chem tutorial today out of sheer boredom and waiting for my muse...
Turns out it's not that difficult as I first predicted it to be...

Anywayz, tmr there's a 054SA outing (well, juz a small part of 054SA anywayz) and I'm like praying & hoping that my leg will be just fine for the long walk tmr... Still feels like crap though... Sianz...

It rained heavily this morning so I couldn't really make my way to school lest I want my knee guard to get wet, thus aggravating my knee to greater extent...
Anywayz, at the moment, it's still cloudy but I have the feeling it'll rain again, if not in the afternoon, in the evening then...
Ironically, the PTP town council's ~~cleaning~~ maintenance crew is WASHING my block area AFTER the rain... Dun really see any logic in that, for all I know, they're just wasting water and my tax money...

These past days were rather eventful other than the heavy showers almost everday since some time last week...

On saturday, my sis got engaged (woot!). Mom & Dad held a sorta "function" in our house. Basically, I would have had ALOT of fun, 'cept I had to do "jaga" pr guard duty: Look after my baby nephew, reason being that I couldnt move around much, and thus, was given a static position in the house.. LoL...

Couldn't stand the monotony of staying at home again for almost another week, on Sunday, went out to buy some stuff with a very good advisor to help me! (Thanx LOTS!! Muz repay ur favour sometime back!!!) And once again, checked out Warhammer stuff at PI...

Alas, although some complications arose among certain people"S" during the weekend, I'm kinda hoping it'll end soon (like it always did) and juz wishing that live would get back to normal...

Wish I could say the same for my leg... Hahaz...

Hopefully, she'll come back to S'pore soon... These days juz get more & more Dull...

23 hrs...
Twenty three blasted hours.. =x
It took me 23 hrs to get a proper meal today...
All began on monday nite, the last meal for the day being home cooked dinner...
Slept late on monday nite coz someone wanted to bitch bout some real bitches but that's another matter anywayz... (ironically, still kena "suan-ded" by the person todya la.. Kept "threatening" with Trump Card... Aiyoh.. Ingrate sia) =x
Anywayz, woke up early coz someone again woke up late and I had to dragged myself to school to ~~liberate~~ open a few classrooms for the OGLs to take their banners...
Had OGL camp evaluation and although I wasn't present for the camp, more or less I knew what happened...
Evaluation was kinda long and painful coz I couldn't fold my legs when I sat down on the floor =x
After evaluation, PR was supposed to go to Seoul Garden but we ended up going to Compasspoint's Kopitiam...
Thruout the time at compass, I ate one and a half hotdog (coz split one with Dustin) and half of an ice kacang... Coz again spilt the ice kacang with WeiKiat... LoL...
By the time I reached home around 4, I was damn shagged oredi... Slept until like 6+
Finally, 7.15pm... First meal in around 23 hours.. First REAL MEAL...

Now, still damn tired, and tmr I'll haf to report in school in the morning... again.. Lol

Went out with YS & TL to Orchard today 'coz we wanted to have sort of a "spending spree" at PI. (Our hobby shop)
Reach Midpoint Orchard around 12.30 and found out that PI had a 10% sale (they'll keep increasing by 1% till the 25th...)
Being the "Singaporeans" that we are, we couldn't decide on whether to buy or not to buy.. or wait until the discount increases =x
Anywayz, since we couldn't make up our minds, we went to ComicsMart at Cineleisure to check on the discount there... Turns out there was no discount, so, we walked back to Midpoint Orchard to go back to PI...
On the way, outside Midpoint Orchard, there's this UOB promotion where anybody with a UOB card can enter to "win prizes".. According to the emcee anywayz...
YS was like, "eh, they say there's prizes, why don't u enter.. Maybe you could win smth..."
Like a "true Singaporean", I went up to the emcee and showed him my card, he then asked me to point at A DURIAN on the christmas tree.. (well, a PRINTED one anyway)
I pointed the one at the very top, he looked at the back of the printed durian, and asked me to proceed inside the UOB shop...
Seriously, I REGRET doing all that, coz all I got was a their promotion on a smart SAVERS account... SAVERS ACCOUNT.. The promoter talked about SMART SAVINGS.. On the day I was gonna spend... LoL =x
Well, I got that and a nice little organiser... =P
After that, was my 2nd time entering PI, once again, the 3 of us can't decide on what to buy yet.. So, we went back to Cine BK for lunch..
Whilst having lunch, met another 4SA dude, preet.. Hmm, hopefully I'll meet more of the 4SA guys during this Thursday's BBQ...
Then Gab called, since he happened to be in the area, I told him to join us at Cine.
Then we went to ComicsMart (2nd time)... Finally, TL made a purchase...
Then, went back to PI (3rd time) coz I FINALLY made up my mind on what to buy... =x
Basically, after we're all done, we're all to sian to go to Esplanade to watch some orchestra (too late to watch it anyways...)
Now, gotta rest early coz tmr there's PR meeting... Sianz...

Btw, as of 11/12/06 (meaning tmr), HAPPY 17th BDAY JON!!! May ur years as a seventeen yr old be more fruitful than ur 16th... (my 17th year gonna end soon... LoL..)

Received good news from my brother-in-law in HK,
turns out that my nephew was born! healthy & well

Well, that's seems to be a good thing today..
The other part of my day was juz... plain weird
Went to school early 'coz jonchia told me to come b4 the OGLs come... Sianz...
Showed up 8.45.. SR like Ghosttown la...
Basically, this time, not sai kang duty, but "jaga" duty (guard duty)
Had to look after the key until Gab came around noon...
Well, the weird things only happened when I was on my way home after lunch,
Firstly, since I'm having trouble going DOWN stairs (ironically, not going UP) I decided to walk all the way from one end of Kovan MRT station to the other to use the escalator... Since the Heartland Mall side dun haf one that's going down...
When I reached the other end... Turns out the escalator that's going down was SPOILT.. =x
2nd thing occured whilst I was walking past the bus stop near my house..
I NEARLY stepped on a rat's head... RAT's HEAD le...
Fk gross... Lucky I can "tahan" the food inside my stomach.. Or else my $8 Delifrance sandwich meal all go out... =x

That's bout all I can recall... Gotta rest my leg from all the walking I did the past 3 days...

With everyday into this week, I'm feeling that it'll get more and more eventful comparing to my dull week last week... (dull week last week, sound weird)
Anywayz, went to school today *again* coz I wanna see the OFCs & OGLs...
Well, actually, I also went to see if I can get my money back from the school =x
Watched each individual OG family do their walk-in inside the hall,
not bad for their first attempt with the TAs around, but I noe they can definately do better!!!
Well, I'm slowly catching up with the OGLs 'coz of the very very very dull week I had last week... (again sound weird... I'm goin mad... U readers noe later why...)
Anywayz, I stayed back with the rest of the OGLs all the way after their walk-in rehearsal with the TAs 'till they finished with their "tasks" i.e. some do walk-in, some do identities, .. etc....
Can REALLY GO MAD staying at the concourse today le...
Coz basically, I had no true sai kang work and juz walked around and observe the families do stuff... Well, at the concourse, Argo & Bismarck both practicing their walk-in..
And they were playing that God-awful song OVER & OVER & OVER & OVER again until I nearly memorised the lyrics...
The song is nice, by all means, buy if you've been listening to it like over 10 times per half hour you were there, well, describing it as sian would be an understatement... LoL
Tmr, I'll haf to go down again... wish me my EARS well...
Anywayz, after their practice, Erebus was the last to pack up and I joined them for dinner at Compasspoint BK...
Really "connect" more with ping's OGLs la... They were nice, and funny and crystal came up with all sorts of brain teasers which I think is what's causing my pounding headache now... =x
