Pretty much hectic day... And camp's tmr...
I think I've packed everything... Since it's only one night, means less of a hassle for me to pack my stuff...
Gonna finish packing and gonna charge my cam...
Thank God it's a Friday tmr... Only 3 lessons for me! =P

Lovely "Holidays", Ugly Start

I'm looking at a looonnngggg week ahead...
After CNY celebrations and hols,
It's back to the "hellish existence" of trying to finish whatever is due the next day so as to cover up your own "rear" from the "burning fire"... That's alot of methaphors...
Why can't weekends be 5 days and weekdays be 2... Haiz...

Wednesday: No need to go home.. Already expecting a long day in school coz of briefings... OGLs, Logistics, Games, etc etc etc.. I think by the time we finish I'll once again, go back to the routine where the instant I step out of school, I'll be back in less than TWELVE HOURS... Sianz...
Plus, I need to get the chem assignment from chem rep coz he 4got to pass me last week... Juz great...

Thursday: Supposedly LOTS of celebrations! But... CHC has ruined it with maths quiz (I think)... Thank Mr.CHC... Such a nice B-day present... Well, celebrations will be postponed to the weekend instead...

Friday: 2nd OGL CAMP!!!! More work... And that's not even homework, let alone revision...

Saturday: End of camp, try and rush home for celebrations by 8... I'll try party till the next day...

Sunday: Outing with e rest of my 054SA peeps... Well, juz my clique...
Hmm... Muz rush down and try CoH again with YS and TongLiang....

The way I'm seeing things now, I'll expect next week to be "non-existent"... No waaayyy are the teachers gonna spoil my next weekend...

Opening Doors

To all who celebrates: Happy Chinese New Year!!!

Anywayz, my nephew and his mom & dad spent the night over at my parents' house yesterday and since my other 2 elder bros went out, I got the job of being the babysitter of the day...
Would've wanted to go out "jalan-jalan" but not much options, ended up trying to teach Harris how to paint...
Didn't really wanna let him use my Citadel Miniature Paints coz those cost me like a BOMB!
Ended up just using water...
The outcome of it all: I did managed to teach him how to hold a brush, dip in paint(water) and brush strokes..
And the OTHER outcome was that he damaged my Paintbrush...
Well, it's either my paintbrush or he'll end up throwing my hp around =x
So, after a "tiresome" day of baby-sitting a precocious yet hyper 2 year old, took afternoon nap, organised my workload (didn't do any yet) and organised my music stuff... Thanx bro for getting The Open Door for me!! =D

Hmm... I really need to get out tmr...

After so long, I've decided to change my blogskin to something simpler...
Well, at least now there's some colour to it...
Anywayz, Day one out of the 4 day "weekend" and I've barely done anything..
Other than to "ponder" at my new bag! Hahahaz..

Weird long friday to such a long week...
Had CNY celebrations today.. Nth much really, coz it's about the same as last year's, with the exception of Wushu coz of well known reasons.. (4SA guys u shld noe why.. LoL)
Then Dinesh had a fire extinguisher fall on his left fingers coz I asked him to take some pix using my cam (he, yuan wei & I were like falling asleep coz of inactivity)
So when he got up, his back hit the extinguisher and the whole 5-or-so kg of metal went chop chop chopping his left index... Ouch...
He's a "two-timer" now... It's his 2nd accident in SRJC and he still hasn't got his insurance from his 1st accident... Well, good news is that I've got mine ytd... Weird...
Maybe when he get's his first insurance back then it's someone else's turn to...
And there's no other councillors who's a "first timer" other than me...
Hmm...
With life as pessimistic as I tend to view now, with all weird crappy problems propping up, I'll be MORE THAN GLAD for smth unexpected to happen...
Well, let's juz say if my "number" does come up for my 2nd "round", I'll be as prepared as I ever can be... hahaz...

Since LT5 has a weird sound system where the right (as in audience's right) is SUPER LOUD...
Thank God I only sit near that area for Maths lectures only... But still, I HAD maths lecture today...
It's the 2nd time I had to do this...
Whenever Mr.A. lecturing, coz maybe he didn't notice it and greatly coz I was DIRECTLY in front of the "soundwave", where the speaker is facing, I had to tell him to "soften down"...
First, I was asked by the S5 guys...
Today, kinda had too much coffee so I'm extra "alert" and juz can't take the loud volume...
LoL...
So yea, I had to tell Mr.A. to soften down... Again...
Hopefully either they turn down the volume of that speaker or it'll spoil these next few days...
It's worse than a heavy metal concert... At least a heavy metal concert has some decent lyrics... I mean, who's ever gonna enjoy a lecture on intersecting planes *plus a little bit of slang*... can't say the "slang" from where ar... later kena sedition charge sia..

Well my sis juz came back from Amsterdam,Holland today after being there for a week for some work-sponsored study course or smth... So lucky la...
Coz she's taking biochemistry and earlier this year when she saw that I was reading my notes on "Genetics of Bacteria" and "Genetics of Viruses", she told me that's what she studied at UNIVERSITY.. Omg...
And she went on a work SPONSORED trip to Holland to learn on stuff related to bacteria/viruses...
Man... So lucky... Wish I'd get a "school" sponsored trip to somewhere in Europe JUST to study... Even if it's to study smth dry like genetics of bacteria, lac operon crap.. bla bla... =x
Anywayz, I had council walk-in practice in the morning, didn't really wanna do it yet till I get my insurance fees from the school... I mean, why risk myself, when I haven't got my money back? LoL... But I was there, muz show support rite...
After that, went to lunch at macs (for first time at macs since abt a month) with Duz, Xiao Ting & Lemon...
Walk walk around Heartland Mall until 1 plus.. Before I REALISED I WAS LATE!!...
Had to rush home by 2 plus coz didn't wanna be left alone at home when everybody else is at the airport...
Reached just in time to change and board my bro's car to the airport...
Reached T1 at 4.05 and waited at belt 17 for my sis with the rest of my family and my sis's fiance.
My sis told us all the great stuff bout Amsterdam.. She said it SNOWED there from last sunday till tuesday and that coz she got acclimatized to the weather there, S'pore suddenly became unbearably hot for her... LoL.. And there I was in my bermudas and my feet was already damn cold.. LoL...
Had "tea" at Delifrance there and something weird happened...
Coz we had a large order and the staff gave us a waiting number...
And that waiting number kinda made me think about a time "long" ago..

After "tea", went straight home coz I think my sis had jet-lag...
Plus my nephew kinda got bored... He slept too.. My weekend juz became kinda dull..

Now, just heard from wolsy that there's GP assignment, which means I'm in deep ****... LoL...

Well, can't decide on whether returning to my dry and dull bacteria genetics notes or to game an hour or so of Oblivion...

Juz came home from a better latter half of the day spent with my family...
I totally ADORE my nephew... My 2 other bros and I had so much fun playing catch with him! LoL.. Kids are sooo ezly tricked..
Since my sis is flying of to Amsterdam today, mom decided that the whole family turn acc her to the airport.
It was DAMN FUN!!
The whole family (minus the eldest of my sis & her husband coz they're in HK) in my bro's MPV, drove all the way to the airport, whilst little Harris tried to sing to the tune of Mi Manchi by Andrea Bocelli... (All Harris could do was mutter incoherent baby-talk.. But damn cute nonetheless)
Reached terminal 2 arnd 5...
Met my future bro-in-law! (a.k.a. e youngest of my sis's fiance)
Damn cool dude la.. Missed talking to him coz the last time I actually talked to him was bout a month ago... :X

Btw, they haf the BEST CAJUN FRIES... Better than LJS... Chicken wasn't tt bad.. 'cept I couldn't differentiate b/t mild flavour and spicy... Both like got no kick...

Anywayz, my sis checked-in near 7... Kinda quiet after that... Almost solemn like.. It'll be another full week b4 she comes back from her work sponsered trip there.. (some course there or smth)

Had SRJC's Road Race 07 today and eventhough I was originally given the task of postion judge, I was transferred to "road usher"
All I had to do was wait near the finishing area and direct runners around the elusive bend to our finishing line... Or else they'ed end up running straight and run another length of the road race... LoL
Had a rather great time doing the task with my classmates Andrea, Su & Sheena...
We took turns to direct the runners...
And towards the end of the race, andrea nearly got "jumped on" by a monkey... LoL
It's coz we stacked up 4 cans (3 100plus, 1 grape juice) by the side of the path..
The monkeys juz rushed for the cans (after giving andrea a scare), and they managed to open it.. Well, they bit the cans la.. Drank it until it finish and littered the cans... So if any complaints regarding littering, I wouldn't blame SRJCians or any human beings.. LoL... Rather, I'd put the blame on the monkeys...

But after our road race, was the BUMMER...
I had to go for 2nd O meeting after the race but before our meeting, some of the councillors had a talk with one of the TAs regarding attire.. (I think any other 19th would noe which "some" I'm toking bout...)
Kinda sian and fked up la... Juz because of the rash acts of a FEW, the many had to the blamed...

And after that, the 2nd O comm went to J8's Mos Burger for meeting.. (Thanx to Mrs.Foo for the LJS treat!)
Meeting was a bore... 'Cept one thing that made me pissed...
The plan we were discussing on, I think only a "SELECT" handful of ppl noe bout it.. Like wtf.. Where's the "transparency"...

Kinda "overdosed" on my medication last nite so I couldn't wake up this morning..
Gave my mom n dad kinda a scare this morning coz I couldn't wake up plus my hands and feet were like ice cold.. Hahaz...
Anywayz, finally managed to "regain TOTAL conciousness" around noon...
So had to wait till 2 for the neighbourhood clinic to open again...
Around 1.30 the econs invigilator called..
But since I was on MC, she said that I needn't take the ppr.. LoL..
Weird...
After that got my MC..
As usual, got drowsy and spent the whole day asleep...
Feeling super woosy drowsy now...
After medication, food still tastes bland...
Juz can't wait for this NIGHTMARE to end...
